Employer Users Log In
Romanian Refugee Job Portal is a recruitment and job-seeking platform that allows Romanian employers to post their job offers out of charge and candidates to have access to, save and apply to the best job offers that fit their qualifications. Candidates on the platform may be refugees and persons who have been granted subsidiary protection in Romania and who, according to the national legislation (Romanian Asylum Law, no. 122/2006), hold the right to work in Romania. However, candidates may register on the platform, regardless of their legal status, the employers being required to check the legislation when proceeding at hiring candidate users who registered on Romanian Refugee Job Portal.
When creating an employer Profile, the users are required to register with accurate, precise and complete data. If any changes occur after the first registration on the platform, the users will update their profiles accordingly.
People using the employer Profile on Romanian Refugee Job Portal must represent a company, either as its legal representative or the staff responsible for the recruitment and selection of personnel in the company.
Any legal entity holding a Tax Identification Code may create an Employer Profile.
Employer users’ access to their employer Profiles is protected by a password. We recommend not to divulging this password to anyone. Romanian Refugee Job Portal shall never ask for employer users’ Profile password in unsolicited messages or telephone calls. Furthermore, we recommend employer users to exit their Profiles (log out/sign out) at the end of each session. Employer users are responsible for keeping the confidentiality of their personal information and password used for the registration on the platform. These tips are intended to remove unauthorized people from accessing employer users’ personal information.
The employers who have created an employer Profile on the platform, will be able to publish job announcements and to see the Profiles of candidates who have applied to their offers.
Notices of job offers must be full, fair, ethical and non-discriminatory and respect the legal rights of candidates. Disseminating advertisers or offers which are unethical, fraudulent or illegal are prohibited on the platform.
Posting a new job on the platform will be first checked by JRS Romania and if the offer fulfils the terms and conditions of the Romanian Refugee Job Portal, it will be published on the platform, becoming visible for candidate users.
